• Lead Access: Gain access to customer contact details for just $20 per lead. This flat fee is charged regardless of whether the customer hires you for their project.
• Bid Submission: Submit your bids online for free! If the customer accepts your bid, there are no additional charges. Your bid cost is the only expense for the project.
• Secure Escrow Payments: Utilize our 1% escrow fee (plus Stripe fees) to benefit from secure payments, detailed project tracking, integrated chat, and document storage. This ensures both contractors and homeowners have a seamless experience.
