Finish drywalling bathroom, install toilet, bathroom vanity, mirror, light fixtures, install shower with basin and tile shower walls, install Coretec flooring, complete electrical for lighting, move plumbing drainage, install plumbing. Client to purchase fixtures and materials for flooring, tiling, toilet, shower, and vanity. Contractor to purchase drywall and other needed installation resources. Contractor to paint walls, client to supply paint.
Have a small backyard with weeds, grass patch about 10ft by 25ft rest is concrete. Needs pulling and some maintenance as well as basic organization and pick up.
Deep clean for house, approx 1500 sq foot. 3 bed 1 bath, most of work on 1st floor small amounts of work on 2nd floor.
